Sha 'Tarra Coles
Sha ‘Tarra Coles was raised in Suwannee County, FL, and began her college and professional career at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Community Psychology. Sha ‘Tarra has 8 years of experience which includes, multicultural mental health, substance abuse and addictions, cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, and psychological testing. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and days at the beach. Sha ‘Tarra ultimately aspires to inspire future generations about mental health and actively seeking mental health help and treatment.
Kendra Alex is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and obtained both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The Florida State University College of Social Work. She specializes in adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief to name a few. Kendra has worked with inpatient and outpatient mental health, hospice, and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Florida State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
